Mr. Piyush Gupta
As the Founder of a specialized Fund Management, Investment Banking, and Asset Management platform, Piyush brings nearly 25 years of deep expertise and leadership in the Indian Real Estate and Financial Services space. A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, he has held senior roles at globally respected firms such as Deloitte, Piramal Fund, and Colliers. Over the course of his career, he has led, structured, and exited real estate investments totaling over USD 2 billion, across office, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors throughout India.
With a strong track record of Investment and advisory Transactions, Piyush has built a reputation for trust, disciplined execution, and value creation for stakeholders. His strengths lie in credit underwriting, developer relationships, strategic deal-making, and setting up innovative investment platforms — including with sovereign funds. His vision for the firm is to combine institutional rigor with entrepreneurial agility to deliver consistent, risk-adjusted returns and long-term partnerships built on integrity and market insights.
